The Evening Record NORTH HACKENSACK Miss Frances Pavlick received a letter today (November 4, 1918) from her brother, William Pavlick, in France, saying he was wounded in the back. Just how badly he was wounded is not known. William joined the old Company G. when it went away to the Mexican border as a Private. When he was called out the second time and went to Camp McClellan he was promoted to a mechanic. In a letter he wishes to be remembered to all his friends back home; also to the North Hackensack Fire Company, of which he was a member. |
